- 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip and the instant chocolate pudding mix until well blended and smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls from the dough and place them on the prepared sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each dough ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Refrigerate the candy for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is set.
