Easy Cool Whip Candy is an irresistible, no-bake treat with a creamy, rich texture. Perfect for any occasion, this candy combines Cool Whip and chocolate for a delightful dessert.

  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip and the instant chocolate pudding mix until well blended and smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls from the dough and place them on the prepared sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip each dough ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Refrigerate the candy for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is set.

Notes

  • Ensure Cool Whip is fully thawed before mixing.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, chill in the refrigerator before forming balls.
  • Store candies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
